- First Week: Patients are advised to wear a small compression band around the neck for the next week to ensure optimal healing and support.
- Next Few Weeks: The compression band should be worn at night for the next few weeks to maintain the new contour.
- Suture Removal: There will be 2-3 small sutures that are removed approximately 6 days after surgery.
